  • Our cancellation policy requires you to cancel via Email or a call within 48 hours. if you are unable to cancel within 48 hours a late cancelation fee of $90 will be charged.

  • Yes, Telehealth platforms prioritize confidentiality and security. Therapists use encrypted, HIPAA-compliant software to ensure privacy during sessions. It's essential to participate in sessions from a space that you feel is secure and private to maintain confidentiality.

  • We are currently serving WA residents only. If you are a client and are out of state, we are unable to conduct sessions due to regulations of the state. it's required that you're physically located within the state during your telehealth appointment. If you plan to travel or take a vacation, please inform us in advance so that we can adjust scheduling accordingly.

  • Therapy can indeed be costly, but there are several options to explore for more affordable or accessible options. We could find a way to have reimbursements from your insurance companies. At Amal Therapy Services we also offer sliding scale fees.
